As Candidate Development Manager, Hope ensures that candidates are matched to positions that are aligned with their desired career path and take them to the next level in their career. She is the key liaison to partners of the firm, all the while keeping in close contact with candidates.
Her experience in Information Systems, Human Resources and Administration help her to streamline the Candidate Development database and ensure that the search process for each candidate runs smoothly.
