Steve Thomas joined Matteson Partners in 2011 as the Director of Client Services, Ois-3. As such, he acts as a direct liaison between the Ois-3 developmental /managerial team and potential Ois-3 clients. He also helps to maintain strong relationships with previous Ois-3 users to meet their existing and future talent placement objectives.
Steve’s many years of experience providing A/E/C firms of all scopes and sizes with in-depth performance review assessments has given him unique insight into the issues faced by those firms when seeking new talent. His previous tenure as a Field Supervisor for a nationally recognized audiovisual automation installation firm and consultant to an innovative material strength science/product improvement firm has further strengthened his understanding of engineering and IT related issues.
Steve studied in the Auburn University School of Building Sciences before obtaining a B.S. in Mass Communication with concentrations in electronic media communications, music, and audio production. He is actively involved in the thriving musical culture of his native Nashville, Tennessee and loves canoeing, hiking, the Auburn Tigers, Tennessee Titans and Atlanta Braves. Steve enjoys volunteering with the USO and is a regular contributor to the Fisher House Foundation.
