We successfully place significant numbers of senior level business professionals utilizing a proven, repeatable search process that is applicable in virtually any business or industry. Based on client input, we take a proactive role assisting in developing job descriptions that will help identify candidates best suited for a particular position.

Our objective is to recruit candidates who are not only technically and professionally qualified, but also fit well within our client’s business environment and culture. We personally meet and interview each candidate in order to assess that person’s ability to add value to the organization and make a long-term commitment.

Typically these candidates do not respond to ads or job boards.
