Young joined Matteson Partners in 2007 and manages all client services for the firm, directs marketing and thought leadership for the firm, and runs technology and operations. Young holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Georgia, where she majored in Journalism at the prestigious Grady College.
Bill Matteson founded Atlanta-based Matteson Partners in 1987. Matteson works closely with the firm's partners, believing that teamwork and process are critical to the success of each search. Matteson holds a BA in Economics from Central Washington State and has completed programs at the Wharton.
Cupp specializes in senior level and C-suite retained searches for public and privately owned, small and mid-sized companies across functional areas and industries. Her expertise lies in aligning herself in organizations as a trusted search partner and consultant. Traci holds a BS from Michigan State University.
David A. Schmidt
David Schmidt joined Matteson Partners in 2012 and provides executive level sales and sales management search, having held positions for two venture backed software start-ups and a Fortune 500 company. David is a native Minnesotan graduating from the University of Minnesota.
Wayne McDonald has more than 30 years of business experience, including roles in ownership and executive management at both public and private companies. He joined Matteson Partners in 2003 and focuses on C-level searches in addition to working with Engineering and Architectural Firms, Sports, Sales and Marketing Professionals. McDonald holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Indiana University.
Candace Bird joined ExactSource, a division on Matteson Partners in 2015 and focuses on sourcing and recruiting for technical industries and disciplines. She is specifically responsible for screening, interviewing, candidate presentation to clients, and client service management. Candace earned a Bachelors in Management and Communications from Concordia University.
Dana B. Williams
Dana Williams joined Matteson Partners in 2013 specializing in the administration of executive-level retained searches across multiple verticals. Williams brings a strong knowledge of hiring solutions and talent assessments, and plays an integral role in the Matteson Partners partnership with TalentQuest, a renowned industry leader in talent management software and solutions.
Hope Bozec joined Matteson Partners in 2009 and acts as key liaison to partners of the firm, all the while keeping in close contact with candidates. Her experience in Information Systems, Human Resources and Administration, she ensures an excellent experience and search process for each candidate we work with.
