Michaeline Roland became a Matteson Partner in 2005, where she provides executive search services, research and new business development for the firm. Rolands professional background includes healthcare/technology sales management experience, and extensive community service experience as a fundraiser, marketer and educator. One of Roland's specialties is the recruitment of highly qualified diversity candidates. Companies in search of extremely capable candidates with diverse backgrounds who can broaden a companys culture and ability to reach multiple markets often seek out Roland's expertise in this area. Prior to joining Matteson Partners, Roland served as regional sales director for Transcend Services, Inc., a leading provider of medical dictation and transcription, voice recognition and electronic medical record services to health systems, hospitals, clinics and physician practices. Earlier in her career, she served as community education director and fundraising coordinator for the Southeast Region of the Missouri Coalition Against Domestic Violence. Roland graduated from Georgia State University in 2000 with a hospitality-focused bachelor degree in Business Administration. She is a Governor of the Ravinia Club and resides in Atlanta.  
Michaeline Roland has an affinity for music, inspired in good part by the work of her husbands successful rock band. In addition to attending concerts all over the world, Roland is an enthusiastic amateur chef. Offsetting her love of food is Michaeline's love of exercise. She plays golf and runs regularly with good friend Shep, a 100-pound Great Dane/Chocolate Lab mix. |
