1	Introduction to Matteson Partners In your initial contact with Matteson Partners, we will help you to develop an understanding of the depth and confidentiality that goes into our searches. 2	Learning your Needs and Goals It is very important for our firm to understand your needs and goals in order to help you in your career path. A key part of our process is to find out what you are looking for and evaluate opportunities that are a fit for your needs.
3	Candidate Evaluation of Positions Our goal is to keep you informed of all searches that may be of interest to you presently or in the future. If you have an interest in pursuing an opportunity further, we will provide you with detailed information relative to the position, our client, and a comprehensive job description for your review.
4	Submission and Interview Process If there is a mutual fit for a specific position and you choose to move forward in the process, we will then submit your information, with your approval, to our client. Matteson Partners will prepare you for the interviewing process and guide you in researching on the position. Our objective is to help you to succeeded and take the next step in your career path.
