A successful search is characterized by a flexible organized process, an aggressive recruitment program, and a thoughtful public relations and transition plan. Because the needs of each search are unique, our approach is both consultative and adaptive. We enable search committees and decision makers to integrate these key elements into the process.

Marketing & Research
Our initial interview meetings and research help create a detailed marketing piece for the position which all key members of the company and decision makers are asked to review, comment and sign off.

Search & Identify
We use a vast variety of resources to search and identify candidates including social networks, job boards, associations, industry experts, and referrals. In addition, our firm has a database of over 20,000 professionals.

Screening & Evaluation
Each of our partners are trained experts in the interviewing process. We interview all candidates in person or by video-conference and typically interview them with multiple Consultants before proposing an interview with the client.

Client Interviews
We recommend that a client team be selected for the initial interviews. This team will select and rate the best candidates. Usually an organization will see no more than five prospective candidates in our process.When requested, we will provide an interview outline and methodology for client use.

Negotiation & Hiring
We are available to manage the offer process. Our team conducts 360 degree multiple referencing and provides summaries and contact information should the company desire to validate details or address any concerns. Background checks and psychological assessments by a licensed and independent third party are an available and recommended resource.

On-Boarding & Guarantee
We continue to work with the company and candidate when requested to resolve any issue and coordinate a smooth transition into the new environment. We back our process with a guarantee that insures our clients’ successful and stable placements. Should a candidate leave a position within our guarantee period, regardless of reason, then we will replace that individual at no additional fee other than the hard costs to interview replacement candidates. Based upon the salary level of the placement this guarantee ranges from six months to one year and the terms are always determined up front and noted in our engagement letter.
